I'm fascinated by the beauty of ordinary things. The objects, foods, animals, and places we stop noticing because they are always there.
The grey pigeon has become one of my favorite symbols of this idea.
It exists alongside us, mostly ignored. Yet the closer I look, the more extraordinary it becomes. Layers of feathers. Iridescent colors hidden within grey. An animal so familiar that it has become almost invisible.
I've tried to capture every detail I love about it.
