About the Open Editions

For most of my career, I've focused exclusively on original works. One drawing, one owner.

Open editions are my way of making some of that work available to more people.

Each print begins as an original colored pencil drawing, often taking dozens of hours to complete. The drawings are then professionally scanned and reproduced as museum-quality giclée prints on archival paper.

Every print is individually signed and numbered by hand.

The subjects are often ordinary things. Objects and creatures we pass every day without much thought. Through drawing, I try to slow down and pay attention to them.

These prints are made for people who connect with the work but may not be in a position to acquire an original. They allow the ideas to travel further, into more homes, walls, and lives.

Printed using archival pigments on fine art paper, each piece is designed to last for generations when properly cared for.
